Public Libraries Licence

The Public Libraries Licence provides library staff and patrons pre-cleared permission to copy up to 10% of an individual title in Access Copyright’s repertoire.

Who Can Copy Under the Licence

  • Library patrons using self-serve or staff-assisted copying
  • Library staff for administrative or patron-requested copying
