Grant of Rights

Once registered with Access Copyright you will have the option to grant us your rights. In doing so, you are granting Access Copyright an ‘exclusive licence’ to manage the reproduction rights in your works, including paper and digital copying.

By granting Access Copyright these exclusive rights, you are giving Access Copyright the ability to protect and enforce the copyright in your works on your behalf and pursue enforcement matters in court.

New creator affiliates who choose not to grant rights to Access Copyright are still entitled to receive royalties when their works are copied under one of our licences and are still fully eligible for the annual creator repertoire payment.
