Library Reserves

The Interim Tariff allows the practice of putting a photocopy on reserve in your institution's library for students to photocopy, This is covered under the day-to-day photocopying component of the Access Copyright Interim Post-Secondary Educational Institution Tariff, 2011-2013.

If an instructor puts a coursepack on reserve in the library, no further copying of the coursepack materials is permitted and the coursepack must be clearly marked to indicate this. Coursepacks are defined as bound, packaged or assembled photocopies made from more than one publication.
