eLogs for Copyshops

Access Copyright's eLog is an Excel spreadsheet designed to record the bibliographic information for copyright protected works used in coursepacks and to calculate the appropriate amount of royalties payable.

Copyshops that produce coursepacks are required under the licence signed with Access Copyright to submit eLogs. Copyshops that don't produce coursepacks are required to submit a "No Coursepacks Produced reporting form" instead.

The eLog and royalty payment, or the "No Coursepacks Produced reporting form", must be submitted within thirty days after March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
